FAQ
What if I don't have time to start right now?
The daily emails take less than five minutes to read. Morning coffee, a lunch break, after the kids are in bed, wherever five minutes fits. Got a chaotic week or a holiday coming up? No problem. The emails wait for you, and they're yours to keep for good. The only real risk is letting "not right now" turn into another term of your child being left out. Five minutes a day is a gentle place to start.
My child is X years old. Is this right for them?
The Friendship Formula is built for kids aged 6 to 10. The activities are pitched right for that age, hands-on, playful, and easy for your child to work through with a bit of help from you. Got an 11-year-old? It can still work well. The techniques land just the same, though a few of the activities will feel aimed at the younger end. If you're unsure, give it a try. You've got 14 days to decide.
My child also has anxiety, autism, or other challenges on top of ADHD. Will this still work?
Yes. A lot of the families these techniques came from have children with more than one diagnosis. The Formula is built around how the ADHD brain handles friendship: the rejection sensitivity, the delayed brakes, the big fast feelings. If your child struggles to make or keep friends, it will help, whatever else is going on alongside it.
My child says they don't even want friends. Will this still help?
More often than not, that isn't the whole story. For a lot of ADHD kids, "I don't want friends" is what's left after enough rejection. Joining in started to feel too risky, so they stopped trying and called it a preference. This challenge doesn't force your child to be social. It lowers the cost of connection, so wanting it feels safe again. And it only takes one or two real friends to change everything.
I've already tried everything. Why would this be any different?
Because most of what you've tried was built for a neurotypical brain. "Use your words" assumes the words arrive in time. "Just be nice" assumes your child can read the room as it happens. "How would you feel if someone did that to you" assumes they can pause and reflect in the heat of the moment. None of that holds when the brain is wired differently. This challenge doesn't ask your child to try harder. It lifts the shame first, teaches the moves their brain doesn't build on its own, and sets up a world where those moves can actually work.
My child hates worksheets. Will they actually do the printables?
These aren't worksheets. They're games, cards, and missions, the kind of thing your child wants to do, not the kind you have to nag them through. Most kids who "hate worksheets" do these happily. And you don't need a fancy setup. Print them in black and white, or just pull them up on a screen if that's easier.
How will I receive the challenge?
It arrives as short daily emails, one a day for 21 days. Each gives you a technique to use that same day, and on most days, a printable for your child to go with it. Read them on your phone, at your desk, or at the kitchen table. They're yours to keep, so you can come back to them or reprint the activities any time. You'll also get all 5 bonuses the moment you join.
What if I miss a day or fall behind?
This is built for real parents with real lives. So nothing breaks, even if you miss a day or a week. Each technique stands on its own, so you just pick up where you left off. With lifetime access, every lesson and every activity is waiting whenever you're ready, this week, next month, or the next time something at school makes it feel urgent.
What if I'm not satisfied?
You've got 14 full days. Use the techniques with your child in real moments and see what happens. If it isn't working for your family, email info@adhdparenting.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund your entire investment. No questions asked. All I ask is that you actually try the techniques, because that's when you'll see them work.
